The present sale conditions aim to define the contractual relations between DKJ and the buyer and the conditions that apply to any purchase done through the site www.karinejacques.com , the buyer be a professionnal or a teacher in hairdressing.
The acquisition of a good or of a service through this website implies acceptance, without reserve, by the buyer of these terms of sale.
These terms of sale prevail over any other general or particular terms that are not expressly agreed by DKJ.
DKJ reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time.In such a case the terms which take place are the ones that were effective on the date the order was placed by the buyer.

These products and services are available within the stock limits.
Every product comes with the description provided by the supplier.
The pictures of the products are as close to reality as possible but cannot insure perfect similarity with the product itself, especially when it comes to colours and textures.

Buyers, be they professionals or teachers of hairdressing,have a period of retraction of cancellation seven(7) days after delivery of this order to return the product to the seller, for exchange or refund,without penalty,except for the return charges.
These conditions are only applied if the products are sent back in their original packing with all the elements included(documentation, plastic etc) and on which no manipulation or damaging has been done.
The price is exigible when the order is placed.
Payments by credit cards will be made through PayPal with PayPal secure procedures.
The buyer will be charged immediately in the case of a payment by credit card.The buyer will receive,in connection with the delivery,the invoice for his purchase.
Payment by cheque is also suggested.The order will be validated and sent upon receipt of the cheque of the buyer only.
Deliveries are done at the mentioned address (main address) when the order is placed and sent only throughout Canada. Risks are at the charge of the buyer as soon as the products leave.
